Stress on our Plate - a survey of the impact of stress on our mental wellness and our relationship with emotional regulation. Participants will be gain tools and insights to improve their responses to emotional triggers.

Caring for the Caregiver - participants will explore signs & symptoms of burnout and compassion fatigue as we care for our loved ones. Participants will learn strategies for effective self care (not simply numbing) that will help you remember your why, continue to share compassionately with your loved ones. (Very helpful for people caring for loved ones living with disabilities)
